The High Hopes Bracket Challenge

Matthew Nadu joins Shay Roddy to break down the NCAA March Madness Tournament in a High Hopes Podcast.

Tomorrow is the big day. It starts the NCAA Mens Basketball Tournament. This is the greatest three weeks in all of sports. A field of 64 teams get set to do battle to determine the Final Four and ultimately the national champion. This is where heroes are made. This is March Madness.

Two of our own Big Five teams are in. March Madness odds are in. The cheerleaders, pep bands and student sections are busy applying last minute body paint in preparation for tomorrow. Everyone is set and ready to go in this year’s version of the tournament of upsets.

So is High Hopes. Each writer on staff has taken time to fill out a bracket — call it our little office pool. But the picks will be made available to you. You can cheer on your favorite writer, debate with them on their decisions and cheer on your team, be it Nova or the Owls with our comprehensive coverage of the Madness.

To kick off this coverage, here is my conversation with High Hopes’ own Matthew Nadu on who will win it all, where Temple and Villanova should have been seeded, how they will match up in their respective games and anything else revolving around this tournament.

I’ll be damned if I know what I’m doing with my bracket. Should be fun to watch, though.
